Position Overview:
- Process financial entries related to project/contract setups in Workday ERP.
- Handle contract/project amendments.
- Understand client agreements and setups within designated timelines.
- Support revenue recognition, research issues, analyze client data, and interact with Project Managers as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent client service, meeting deadlines for high customer satisfaction.
- Set up projects/contracts in Workday Financials with supporting documentation.
- Modify projects and complete requests in Workday as instructed.
- Manage contract amendments based on client evidence and SOX guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal/external clients on finance-related matters.
- Maintain accurate records for audit trails.
- Support internal/external auditors.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Analytical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
- Good presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong mailbox management.
- Experience with PS 9.0 and Workday Financials is a plus.
Candidate Specifications:
- Experience: 0-2 years in Accounting/Finance, Financial Analyst, or Order to Cash Service Delivery (OTC experience preferred).
- Education: B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA Finance (Non-top B-school, CA/CS/ICWA not required).
- Shift Hours: Flexible to work different shifts.
