What You'll Do:
- Own the success of cutting-edge routing hardware programs within Cisco's Service Provider Group.
- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Deliver timely program status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality product delivery.
- Manage budgets effectively throughout the program's lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to Cisco/ISO/TL9000 processes and support external audits.
Who You Are:
- A passionate program manager with a proven track record in hardware engineering development (PMP certification is a plus).
- A dynamic team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and a structured problem-solver.
- Possess the technical aptitude to effectively interact with engineering teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
