Amazon's Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team is searching for a highly motivated Investigation Associate (Level 2) to join our team! In this work-from-home role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving online ecommerce risk.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate suspicious seller transactions
- Take appropriate action based on company guidelines
- Document your findings in detail
- Communicate with customers and colleagues via phone, email, and internal systems
- Analyze data and identify trends to improve departmental processes
- Meet set productivity and quality targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-1 year of experience in a related field (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle and interpret large datasets
- Team player with a global perspective
