About the Role:
Cognizant is searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analysis - Business Intelligence - Workflow Senior Associate to play a key role in defining and implementing a strategic technology platform for their Global Business Resiliency (GBR) program.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Corporate Security and IT to design and implement a seamless workflow platform for incident and crisis management.
- Developing meaningful metrics to track the effectiveness of the GBR program and communicate them clearly through dashboards and reports.
- Providing expert advice on ServiceNow implementation, including selecting modules and planning upgrades.
- Leveraging your data analysis skills to gather and analyze requirements from various sources and summarize key findings for leadership review.
- Documenting the strategic development plan and implementation schedule for the GBR technology platform.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation
- Expertise in developing business metrics and reports
- Experience using business intelligence tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- The ability to build consensus and work effectively with all levels of an organization
