In this critical role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining the accuracy and quality of data within our systems.
- Regularly reviewing and updating existing data based on established policies and procedures.
- Proactively identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance with data regulations and standards.
- Promoting a data-driven culture by advocating for data quality and integrity.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data governance trends and best practices.
To be successful, you will need:
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus, with knowledge of Churnzero and Salesforce Data Loading capabilities being additional benefits.
- The ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
