About the role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Revolut users across various channels, including in-app live chat, phone, and email.
- Ensure users feel secure and confident while using our financial super app.
- Uphold Revolut's brand image by providing consistent and professional communication.
- Collaborate with international teams to effectively resolve customer issues.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum C1 level).
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- A genuine desire to help others and a positive attitude.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in numeracy and IT skills is a plus.
- Previous customer support experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in additional languages is a bonus.
