Business Analyst - Social Media & Password Management

About the Role:
- In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the security and smooth operation of our social media presence and password management systems. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Social Media Security:
- Regularly changing passwords for social media channels
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of social media channels
- Reviewing and updating user access levels for social media management tools
- Password & Access Management:
- Managing user access and permissions within password management systems (1Password)
- Identifying and removing inactive users from password management systems
- Reviewing and updating email accounts on Rackspace
- Technical Support:
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to social media channels, password management tools (1Password & QuickBase), and Rackspace email
- Supporting operational tasks related to Facebook Business Manager
- Training & Onboarding:
- Providing product training to agencies on social media management tools (1Password & QuickBase)
- Facilitating the onboarding of new social media agencies and offboarding of former agencies
You are a great fit for this role if you have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience working with social media management tools
- Experience with password management systems (1Password a plus)
- Familiarity with Rackspace email administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A meticulous attention to detail
