About the Role:
As a Recruiter at IBM, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company by identifying and hiring the best talent. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and source, screen, and interview candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and identify ideal candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent through various channels.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Proactively source candidates through online job boards, networking events, and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with IBM.
- Extend offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms of employment.
- Onboard new hires and provide them with the necessary support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (any discipline).
- Proven track record in recruitment or a related field (IT sector preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Understanding of the relevant industry or sector.
- Ability to identify and target qualified candidates.

- Experience building and maintaining a strong professional network.
