Technical Analyst 1-Support
Oracle is searching for a Technical Analyst 1-Support to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
About the Role:
- As a member of the Support organization, you will provide post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base.
- You will resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries and technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for Electronic Support Services.
- You will be a primary point of contact for customers, facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice to internal Oracle employees on customer situations and escalated issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical interface to customers for resolving problems related to installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.
- Provide level one support to customers contacting the Oracle Solution Center, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and answer technical questions regarding Electronic Support Services.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
