Supply Chain Data Analyst - Final Control (Pune, Maharashtra, India)

In this exciting role, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain efficiency by developing and delivering in-depth data analytics. You will be an integral part of our team, collaborating with leadership and various business units to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement various cost, cash, quality, speed, and capacity analytics to drive overall supply chain performance.
- Utilize your expertise in statistical methods and data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Partner with global supply chain teams to gather data, identify trends, and implement innovative solutions.
- Build and deliver monthly supply chain analytical reports to Final Control leadership using advanced data visualization techniques.
- Benchmark industry best practices and identify opportunities to improve Final Control's business intelligence practices.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmark reports to track supply chain performance.
- Analyze purchasing data, including material costs, supplier performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Streamline the movement of materials through the supply chain by optimizing part approval processes.
- Design and develop critical metric reports for supply chain leadership, providing actionable insights for strategic decision making.
- Analyze large data sets to extract relevant information and perform insightful data analysis.
- Address ad-hoc data analysis requests from supply management with a sense of urgency and proactiveness.
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate supply chain reports, scorecards, dashboards, and other analytical outputs.
- Conduct training sessions on supply chain data systems for new users.
- Manage Reporting & Analytics activities for the Global Supply Chain team, including data preparation, project tracking, cost analysis, lead time optimization, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Gain a deep understanding of how supply chain metrics impact the overall business goals.
- Analyze, optimize, and standardize supply chain reporting processes across multiple business units.
