- Network Management Wizard: Keep an eye on network performance, using SolarWinds and related tools to identify and resolve issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation for future reference.
- Collaboration Champion: Work closely with Infrastructure, Network, and Application teams to ensure effective monitoring and address all needs efficiently.
- Tech Installation Guru: Install, configure, and manage SolarWinds components like NPM, NCM, and NTA. You'll also have expertise in various modules like WPM, VNQM, and SAAS products.
- SLA Superhero: Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee top-notch performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any relevant field.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and patience.
- Technical knowledge of troubleshooting Base Operating Systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security Apps, and other related systems remotely.
- A knack for resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Strong research skills to find solutions for customer inquiries.
- Attention to detail for documenting call information and maintaining accurate logs.
