• Tech Installation Guru: Install, configure, and manage SolarWinds components like NPM, NCM, and NTA. You'll also have expertise in various modules like WPM, VNQM, and SAAS products.
• SLA Superhero: Define, monitor, and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee top-notch performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any relevant field.

• The ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and patience.
• Technical knowledge of troubleshooting Base Operating Systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security Apps, and other related systems remotely.
• A knack for resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Strong research skills to find solutions for customer inquiries.
• Attention to detail for documenting call information and maintaining accurate logs.
