As a Process Associate (Content Review), you will be responsible for reviewing online content to ensure that it meets Genpact's high standards of quality. You will also be responsible for providing insights to help improve the support Genpact provides to its users.
Review online content and provide resolutions based on prescribed guidelines.
Recognize trends and patterns and raise issues promptly.
Provide insights to help improve the support Genpact provides to its users.
Maintain a thorough understanding of Genpact's processes and policies.
Provide excellent customer service to Genpact's customers.
Any Graduate degree (PG is an added advantage).
Fluent in English language.
Effective probing and analytical skills.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends.
