Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Adobe, you will be responsible for generating incremental revenue from new and existing customers approaching you via inbound channels (chat/phones). You will work with product specialists to demonstrate and drive product-led growth, and you will need to demonstrate solution-selling capabilities and a proven track record on all productive parameters.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate incremental revenue from new and existing customers approaching you via inbound channels (chat/phones)

  • Deliver the quarterly target as assigned by the business and achieve growth on critical products like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly, etc.

  • Collaborate with product specialists to demonstrate and drive product-led growth (Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, Firefly, etc.)

  • Demonstrate solution selling capabilities and a proven track record on all productive parameters

  • Develop, communicate, and present customer insights to leaders with logical thinking

  • Track and manage sales pipeline and regular forecasting to meet assigned goals

  • Maintain basic hygiene, floor discipline, and agent productivity (online hours, # of chats/calls)

  • Uplevel selling skills and knowledge on all Adobe solutions via ongoing trainings, self-learning, and on-the-job insights

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proven quick learner who can understand and position Adobe products and new-age solutions

  • Passionate about inside sales as a profession and a believer in the ideology that inside sales is the present and future of sales

  • Ability to engage a customer and seek more areas of revenue realization (value selling vs. transaction selling)

  • Preferred experience in North American sales/support process and understanding the nuances of selling in this region

  • Ability to multitask and be comfortable switching between phone and chat to address multiple customer queries at the same time

  • Experience in IT sales with an understanding of SaaS and selling in B2B/B2C segments preferred

  • Sound understanding of the sales cycle/inside sales model and consultative selling approach

  • Basic understanding of sales techniques like BANT, sales funnel, and pipeline management desired

  • Willingness to work in all Geos: NA, APAC, and EMEA

  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute for chat
