Concentrix is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Representative, Operations/ Associate, WFM Dialer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide excellent customer service by handling inbound calls and answering customer inquiries
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Meet or exceed sales targets
Any Graduate degree
0-3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
