As a New Associate - Query Management, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries efficiently. Manage and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints.
Provide technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software, and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions.
Adhere to SLAs for closing faults and complaints.
Work closely with the Customer Support vertical and the Customer Service Technology Support team.
