Job Description:
As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for representing the company to its channel partners and generating business for the company. You will have up to 24 months of sales experience in any industry and will be open to relocate to any city across India.
Key Deliverables:
* Ensure delivery of monthly primary, secondary & tertiary sales through effective relationships with channel partners, business partners & the work-force
* Ensure the distribution for pillar brands as well as new product launches
* Ensure in store visibility execution & share of shelf as per L'Oreal standards
* Ensure stable business & healthy ROI delivery to the business partners by working effectively with them & the team of salesman enrolled under them
* Steer the company's growth by execution of company's strategy at the ground level
Professional Competencies:
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good relationship management
* Team management skills
* Good in communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office
Qualifications:
* MBA preferred
* Graduation is mandatory
