Job Summary:

ICICI Bank, in partnership with Manipal Global Education Services, presents the Probationary Officers' Programme for Sales and Relationship Management. This vocational training program is designed to attract young talent who aspire to build a career in banking. The program aims to develop a pool of first-level managers with comprehensive banking knowledge and the necessary skill sets to excel in their day-to-day activities. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will join the bank in roles involving sales, servicing, cross-selling, and acquiring new customers through field visits.

Engineers and graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply for this program. The program offers a blended learning approach with a combination of classroom training and hands-on opportunities at ICICI Bank. More than 30,000 bankers who have joined us through this program testify to its effectiveness.

Starting Salary (CTC): ₹5.00 Lakh to ₹5.50 Lakh* (Based on location)

Program Duration:

Term I: 4 months

- Commence with classroom training at ICICI Manipal Academy (IMA), Bengaluru, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.

Term II: 2 months

- Start your internship at ICICI Bank, gaining practical experience in a professional environment, with a monthly stipend of ₹22,000 to ₹24,000.

Term III: 6 months

- Undergo on-the-job training at ICICI Bank, where you will grow professionally, with a monthly stipend of ₹28,000 to ₹32,000.

Program Fees: ₹2,55,500 (Including taxes). Education loan facility available.

Skills:

- Role Specific Skills: Active Listening, Administration and Management, Clerical, Critical Thinking, Customer and Personal Service, English Language.

Basic Qualifications:

- Any Graduate

Preferred Qualifications:

- Applicants should be below 27 years of age.

- Any Graduation with 55% (Aggregate) marks in any discipline.
