Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good understanding of IT concepts and terminology
Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level support to B2B users who call the Wipro Service Desk
* Troubleshoot end-user issues
* Log and track service desk tickets
* Escalate issues as needed
* Maintain MIS and resolution logs
* Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
* Identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Shifts: Rotational shifts
CTC: As per Current CTC/Market Standard
