BookMyShow, India's largest entertainment company, is seeking a talented and motivated Trainee Product Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth. As a Trainee PM, you will focus on understanding customer problems within a specific product area and prioritize solutions that have the greatest business impact. You will take ownership of solving complex problems and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. PMs at BMS are influential leaders who plan and achieve business goals, and your ability to think big while ensuring flawless execution will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate the vision, goals, and execution plan for your product.

- Identify key metrics to measure business performance and track the health of your product area.

- Benchmark against competition and market trends.

- Manage the product pipeline and prioritize initiatives.

- Collaborate with UX, design, technology, and business teams to drive outcomes.

Requirements:

- Customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for identifying pain points and solving them effectively.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and create structure.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate challenges and reach resolutions with stakeholders.

- Strong sense of ownership and drive to achieve key business outcomes through technology.

Duration: 3-6 Months Internship
