Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Business Process Services to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and recurring processing and quality tasks to support our outsourced services in a specific industry and functional area. You will work in accordance with process service level agreements and develop a strong understanding of the client's business and objectives. Compliance with quality standards, regulations, and data security policies is of utmost importance in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Execute routine processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services.

- Develop knowledge and skills in assigned work processes and gain a general understanding of the client's business.

- Adhere to project and organization quality and compliance standards, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

- Handle confidential data in accordance with policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence to security protocols.

- Identify and escalate critical situations related to customer service issues to the appropriate individuals.

Basic Qualifications:

- High school diploma or G.E.D.

- Zero or more years of experience in business process service delivery, preferably in an outsourcing environment.

- Experience working with client company products, services, and industry/functional areas.

- Proficiency in using business solutions software.

Other Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in personal computer and business solutions software.

- Ability to multitask effectively.

- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Environment:

This role is based in an office environment.
