- Join the Sales Grooming & Development Program (SGDP) for 5 days to learn about BYJU'S sales process and products.
- Progress to the 4-week On-the-Job Training (OJT) phase in Bangalore/Delhi, where you will apply your knowledge and generate revenue.
- Upon successful completion of the OJT, qualify for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) in Inside Sales at a fixed pay of 5 Lakh with a performance pay of 3 lakh (8 LPA CTC).
- Participate actively in the SGDP to gain knowledge and practice sales skills.
- Implement theoretical knowledge into practice during the OJT phase to generate revenue.
- Meet performance metrics, adhere to processes, and demonstrate behavioral aspects as evaluated by managers, trainers, and the HR team.
- Connect with potential customers, schedule counseling sessions, visit customers in person, and sell BYJU'S courses.
- Stipend during OJT: INR 1250/week + INR 1250 travel allowance once in tenure.
- Additional stipend of 18000 for target completion of 3 valid sales and 6 valid conduction during OJT.
- Post-qualification CTC for Business Development Associate (Inside Sales): INR 8,00,000 (5 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay).
- 6 days a week (Monday off) during the SGDP and OJT tenure.
- Working hours: 9:30 am to 9:00 pm.
