Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for smooth functioning and can facilitate the onboarding and implementation process, and will have a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibility Areas:

- Calling users to drive adoption wherever required.

- Working on user account configuration in the system as per requirement.

- Handling user training and onboarding online over phone calls and emails.

- Monitoring gaps in user adoption and making reports on the same.


Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters Degree in relevant fields

- 0-1 year experience in relevant fields

- Must possess excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.(English/local language)

- Confident and crisp communication over calls presence.

- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel & PowerPoint.

- Experience in selling logistics solutions will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task without losing attention to detail
