As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Contact Center's reporting requirements. This includes analyzing trends, aligning reporting with the strategic direction of the business, and identifying new reporting requirements and supporting technologies. You will also be responsible for providing business analysis and identifying key drivers and root causes when necessary.
To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of Contact Center Operations and be proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel. You should also have a proactive approach to problem analysis and resolution and be able to plan and prioritize your work. This role requires a willingness to work shifts around the clock, 24/7. Experience of 0-1 year is preferred.
