As a Business Development Associate (Pre-Sales), you will be responsible for connecting with potential students and helping them explore universities. You will use CRM to update the lead details and book demos, maintain good target records, and build rapport with students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dialing 100 calls daily from the data set provided.
- Understanding the requirements, qualifying the leads, and booking demos for the conversion team.
- Being open to making calls from different sources.
- Being open to traveling.
- Being open to attending virtual events and physical events/seminars/webinars.
Requirements:
- Freshers to 6 months of experience.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to do cold calls (minimum 80 in a day).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
