Job Description:


Airtel is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening the distribution and sales network in the assigned territory. Your key deliverables will include increasing SIM and Data Selling Outlets, ensuring excellent customer service to existing customers, and developing and implementing sales strategies based on market demographics. You will also be responsible for driving channel profitability and satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships with retailers and field sales executives, and conducting market intelligence reports to track customer trends and competitors' performance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the network team to improve the mobile network in the market.


Desired Candidate Profile:


- Ability to ensure excellence in execution

- Ability to collaborate and work with large teams

- Strong data analysis and insights-drawing skills

- Consultation, facilitation, and selling skills

- Enterprising with the ability to convince stakeholders

- Basic computer literacy in MS Office Excel
