About the Role
- In this exciting opportunity, you'll join CGI's Infrastructure/Cloud team as a Junior ServiceNow Developer. You'll play a key role in supporting and optimizing IT service management (ITSM) processes using the ServiceNow platform. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside experienced professionals and have the chance to:
- Configure and manage ServiceNow instances
- Develop workflows and automations
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow related issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels
We're looking for someone with:
- 0-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow (Administrator/Developer roles)
- A strong understanding of ITSM processes (a plus)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuration, workflows, and scripting
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or Certified ServiceNow Developer (CAD) certification
