About the Role
- In this exciting role, you'll join Accenture's Business Advisory team, playing a key role in supporting client finance functions. You'll gain valuable experience working on various projects, including:
- Managing Service Desk Operations: Ensure smooth account payable operations and meet client expectations by upholding quality standards and resolving disputes.
- Process Improvement: Analyze client processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients across different industries to understand their needs and provide industry-leading insights and support.
- Digital Transformation: Leverage your knowledge of digital F&A technologies, including automation, AI, and analytics, to drive client transformation journeys.
We're looking for someone with:
- Any bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel & Word) with a basic understanding of accounting principles
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a customer service or finance role
- Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR), Order-to-Cash (OTC), or other finance processes
