About the Program:

SheSparks is Adobe's Women Returnee Internship program designed to support experienced women professionals who are returning to the workforce after a career break. This 6-month internship provides a platform to relaunch your career and achieve your professional aspirations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and contribute to test scenarios, scripts, and data creation.
• Execute tests and identify root causes of issues.
• Develop and manage QA standards, methods, and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules and strategies.
• Manage risks, escalations, reporting, and bug tracking.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Act as a QA point of contact for Digital Marketing Consultants.

Qualifications:

• Experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (Rally, JIRA, Confluence).
• Basic knowledge of databases.
• Experience testing APIs using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, etc.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Coding/scripting experience for automation.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS).
• Experience as a Business Analyst.
