ABB is searching for a Master Data Analyst to join their Finance Services business in Bangalore, India!
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounts receivables and credit activities, managing and analyzing customer data, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and generate reports to support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain customer data records in the company database
- Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure data accuracy
- Implement and enforce data governance policies
- Collaborate with teams to integrate customer data across various systems
- Generate reports and provide insights on customer data trends
- Identify areas for improvement in customer data management
- Develop and deliver training materials on data management best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 0-1 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of data governance principles
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
