In this role, you will:
- Be the friendly voice that helps customers navigate PhonePe's features and troubleshoot any issues they encounter.
- Work collaboratively to identify areas for improvement and streamline our support systems, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Leverage your communication skills to build trust and educate customers, empowering them to get the most out of PhonePe.
You're a great fit for this role if you have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- A passion for customer service and a dedication to going the extra mile.
- The ability to actively listen, handle objections with grace, and adapt to different situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for finding solutions.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (10+2+3) and 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. (Bonus points for fluency in South Indian languages!)
