About the Role:
We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our Performance & Insights team within Sales Enablement, Pricing & Transformation (SPT). In this role, you will play a key role in optimizing our Early Tenure and Client Retention strategies for US Small and Mid-Sized Enterprises (SME).
What You'll Do:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve Early Tenure and Client Retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including US SME Account Development, Marketing, Finance, and Risk.
- Communicate insights effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Think strategically and stay ahead of the curve by identifying new opportunities.
You're a great fit if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau (or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
