Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data/Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India!

In this role, you will:
- Leverage your expertise in the Microsoft data stack (SQL, Kusto) to analyze data in PowerBI & TITAN dashboards.
- Translate business needs into data models and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine problem statements and use data to inform strategic decisions.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and track OKRs aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast future trends and perform data validation to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize SQL, Kusto, and potentially Python for data manipulation and analysis.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Proven experience with the Microsoft data stack, including strong SQL skills and proficiency in Kusto (Azure Data Explorer).
- The ability to translate business needs into technical terms and build data models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present data insights effectively.
- A strong analytical mind with the ability to see the bigger picture and identify business opportunities.
- Experience managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
