Marketing Associate - HexaView Technologies (Noida & Pune)

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Noida or Pune (Work From Office). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Analyze target audiences and develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Create engaging content to increase the profile visibility of CXOs and Business Unit Heads.
- Generate leads by identifying and building relationships with target segments.
- Execute email outreach campaigns to nurture leads.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure marketing materials are up-to-date.
- Stay on top of the latest marketing technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any field (Recent Graduates - 2023/2024 are preferred)
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, and reading)
- Proficiency in common office tools (MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, etc. and Google Sheets)
- Self-motivated and proactive with a creative mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
