In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for small and mid-sized clients using Microsoft+Nuance PowerShare products and services. Your focus will be on creating a "wow" customer experience and maximizing their return on investment.
What you'll do:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their business needs.
- Implement PowerShare solutions, train users, and ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and execute strategic adoption plans to drive product usage and engagement.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the PowerShare footprint within your client base.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide insightful consultations.
You're a great fit if you have:
