What you'll be doing:
- Achieve sales targets and grow Swiggy's presence in your assigned city.
- Secure new restaurant partnerships by negotiating and finalizing contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing restaurants, providing them with market insights and solutions to help them thrive.
- Grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and other sales strategies.
- Stay on top of industry trends and provide valuable sales reports.
Who you are:
- A graduate (any discipline) with 1-2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Confident, personable, and a go-getter with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
- Adept at negotiation and influencing others.
- Self-motivated and driven by achieving targets.
- Basic understanding of numbers and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or the food delivery industry is a plus (but not required).
- Proficient in MS Office or similar software is a plus.
