We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer (Level 1.5). In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners over the phone, email, or similar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide initial troubleshooting assistance to customers and partners
- Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Manage and update customer issues and requirements
- Proactively assist customers and take ownership of assigned issues
- Achieve specified performance goals
- Be willing to learn and upskill to advance in your technical role
- Adaptable to night shifts
Qualifications:
- Fluent English
- Prior experience in technical support (a plus)
- Knowledge of computer science and basic networking (preferred)
- Any technical certifications (especially networking) are a plus
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused
- Self-driven and independent
- Team player
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
