• Manage incident lifecycles based on ITIL/BIC frameworks (where applicable).
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
• Achieve project productivity goals.
• Analyze customer satisfaction feedback and implement solutions promptly.
• Participate in critical situation (Critsit) processes to resolve issues within timeframes.
• Document incidents, coordinate with resolution teams, and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives by updating FAQs and the Knowledge Repository.
• Participate in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) plans.
• Develop onboarding materials for new team members.
• Maintain effective team management practices.
