About the role:

• As an Associate Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in supporting Amazon's aggressive growth plans in India.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and strategize their short-term and long-term hiring needs.
• Develop strong candidate sourcing strategies to fill both high-volume and niche positions.
• Provide a seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, from initial candidate outreach to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pool to meet future hiring needs.
• Oversee candidate scheduling, interviews, and assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruiting plans are effective.
• Act as a liaison between candidates and the recruiting team.
• Assist with background checks and candidate onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of HR experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience working in a confidential environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of HR experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
