About the Program
- The AXA XL Graduate Trainee IDA program is a 2-year development program designed to give recent graduates a well-rounded learning journey in the Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) function. You will rotate through four key areas of our data journey for 6 months at a time, gaining exposure to:
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI and Data Engineering
- Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced mentors and have access to a variety of learning and development resources, including in-person training, e-learning, conferences, and workshops.
Who We Are Looking For
- We are looking for passionate and driven recent graduates with the following qualifications:
- Required Skills and Abilities:
- Final-year student or graduate, available full-time from July 2024
- A passion for innovation, data and analytics, and a desire to solve problems
- Strong academic record and involvement in extracurricular activities
- Creative thinker, curious, and ready to challenge the status quo
- Self-learner and highly driven individual
- Ability to adapt to different situations
- Desired Skills and Abilities:
- BA/BSC or equivalent degree in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math’s/ Engineering/ Sciences
- Understanding of application lifecycles and governance
- Software/coding experience
