- Develop and interpret performance metrics to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Amazon technology teams to improve software systems and tools.
- Escalate problems and ensure resolutions are implemented.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and track activities.
- Provide excellent written and verbal communication, including presenting findings in review forums.
- Offer real-time customer support in a 24/7 environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10-24 months of work experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in logistics and training in lean/six sigma methodologies (a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL (a plus).
