Software Quality Engineer at ServiceNow

ServiceNow is looking for a talented Software Quality Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by designing, developing, and executing test plans. You will also work closely with developers to identify and troubleshoot issues.
What you'll do:
- Maintain existing automation test frameworks
- Collect and report quality metrics from test execution
- Collaborate with developers to design and automate testing strategies for new features
- Create comprehensive test plans and execute them
- Support engineering teams in troubleshooting application and development/testing environment issues
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with technologies relevant to ServiceNow and a proven ability to code high-quality software
- Experience working with automated testing frameworks like Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG, and other open-source projects
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Strong understanding of various testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated) and their strengths/weaknesses
- Ability to utilize tools like IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration/Unix tools
