About the Role:
In this exciting role, you will play a critical part in supporting the daily operations of our sellers. You will remotely monitor assigned sites, analyze data, identify and address any disruptions, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer experience
Responsibilities:
- Monitor seller performance metrics and trigger on-field support or audits as needed.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and foresee potential issues.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports based on extracted data and adhere to set schedules.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Propose new features and processes to enhance seller experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field (computer science, engineering, statistics)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work weekends and shifts (as applicable)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SQL databases
