What you'll do:
- Assist customers by providing information, guidance, and support through phone calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and foster a positive customer experience.
- Contribute to team success by meeting and exceeding individual and team goals.
What you bring:
- 0 to 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (freshers can apply!).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and confident voice.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer inquiries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Comfort working in a rotational shift schedule.
