Deloitte is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their growing team as Technical Support Specialists. This blended role combines both phone and non-voice communication (email, chat, etc.) to provide exceptional customer support to end users.
What you'll do:
- Resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, and other technical aspects.
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
- Document all interactions and ensure timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on current issues and changes in the environment.
- Meet performance goals and participate in coaching sessions.
- Create a positive customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Who we're looking for:
- Excellent communication, listening, analytical, and logical skills.
- Ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. (Preferred: MS Office, Windows, Mac, Networking, Mobile devices, Active Directory)
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Flexible to work various shifts.
- Reliable with minimal unplanned absences.
