AXA XL is looking for a Graduate Trainee (Innovation, Data & Analytics) to join our 2-year development program!

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data and innovation?

Do you want to:

  • Gain experience in various areas of data, including data quality, reporting, data science, and data engineering?
  • Work on projects that drive business decisions and help differentiate AXA XL in the market?
  • Develop your skills in communication, business acumen, and project management?

About the Program

  • Our Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) program is a 2-year rotational program that will give you exposure to all aspects of our data journey. You will rotate through four key areas:
  • Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
  • BI & Reporting
  • Data Science & Applied AI
  • Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced line managers and participate in various learning and development opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Final-year students or graduates (available full-time from July 2024)
