Are you a recent graduate with a passion for data and innovation?
Do you want to:
- Gain experience in various areas of data, including data quality, reporting, data science, and data engineering?
- Work on projects that drive business decisions and help differentiate AXA XL in the market?
- Develop your skills in communication, business acumen, and project management?
About the Program
- Our Innovation, Data & Analytics (IDA) program is a 2-year rotational program that will give you exposure to all aspects of our data journey. You will rotate through four key areas:
- Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
- BI & Reporting
- Data Science & Applied AI
- Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion
Throughout the program, you will be supported by experienced line managers and participate in various learning and development opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
- Final-year students or graduates (available full-time from July 2024)
- Passionate about innovation, data, and analytics
- Strong academic record
- Involved in extracurricular activities
- Creative thinker
- Curious and eager to challenge the status quo
- Self-learner and highly driven
