What you'll be doing:
- Calculate pension plan benefits with accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to actuarial projects as assigned.
- Analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and formulate data requests.
- Compile valuation data using Excel or designated software.
- Analyze actuarial gains/losses and assess liability fluctuations.
- Establish and maintain valuation assumptions within the system.
- Generate valuation reports and regulatory compliance forms.
- Assist with special projects and support junior team members.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency by reviewing colleagues' work.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, or Mathematics (minimum 60% marks).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and recall abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective teamwork and independent work ethic.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and schedules (including Day/Night shifts).
