About the Role:
We are searching for a Team Member (AA - Voice) to join our growing team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service by following established procedures and resolving client issues. You will also be involved in process improvement initiatives and reporting.
What you will do:
- Maintain quality service standards by following protocols, analyzing and resolving client issues, and recommending system improvements.
- Set objectives, identify trends and options, choose a course of action, and evaluate outcomes.
- Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Achieve staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Ensure compliance and generate control reports.
- Generate statutory reporting per country requirement.
- Participate actively in internal/external audits.
- Manage escalations.
- Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports.
What you bring:
- You are a fresher with no prior experience required.
- You have strong clerical processing skills.
- You have a basic understanding of business processes.
- You are proficient in MS Office, preferably Excel.
- You are a team player who is able to give and receive feedback effectively.
- You are a fast learner and are eager to develop your skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- A neutral voice and accent.
- Knowledge of the UK Saving and Retirement Industry.
- Experience with process knowledge.
