Calling all Graduates and Post Graduates! Amazon is seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join their SEPO Team as Investigation Associates. This is a work-from-home opportunity based in Hyderabad, offering a seasonal role (FTC) for 6 months.
What will you do?
- Investigate and resolve online ecommerce risks related to seller transactions.
- Analyze data, research facts, and take appropriate actions based on established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and annotations.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate issues as needed.
- Contribute to the development of the department by meeting productivity targets and quality standards.
Who are we looking for?
- Graduates in any discipline with 0-1 year of experience.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
