What You'll Do:
- Be a trusted advisor, guiding students towards the right Testbook products for their career goals.
- Answer questions about our company and offerings with clarity and enthusiasm.
- Proactively reach out to leads, follow up, and convert them into paying members.
- Explain product features and packages in detail, tailoring your approach to each student.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in outbound calls and telesales is a must.
- Fluent in Hindi (elementary level is sufficient).
- 18 years or older.
- Possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to adjust your communication style to different audiences.
- Strong research and record-keeping abilities.
- Open to feedback and continuous learning.
