What You'll Do:
- Identify and understand key tax touchpoints within business processes.
- Analyze client needs and develop optimal Oracle Tax designs or alternative solutions.
- Design, build, and integrate tax requirements into systems and technology solutions.
- Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and provide regular updates.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse and inclusive teams.
Who They're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or MBA Finance.
- MBA, CA, Engineering degree, or other relevant bachelor's degree.
- 0-3 years of experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion/eBusiness Suite preferred).
- Strong IT skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Familiarity with Oracle solution architecture design (preferred).
- Understanding of common business processes.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.
